Line Service Technician/Aircraft Refueler (Part-Time)

Essential Job Functions:

  • Line Service Technicians are responsible for fueling, towing and cleaning of aircraft. A one-of-a-kind job!
  • This is a unique & exciting job opportunity that does not require experience to apply – On the job training provided.
  • Perfect for college students to work around their school schedule.
  • Competitive pay.
  • Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Anywhere from 10 – 25 hours of work available per week.
  • Shift schedules are: 5 am – 1 pm & 1 pm – 9 pm Monday-Friday, 5 am – 1 pm and 1 pm – 7 pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Airframe Mechanic – Full Time

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in high quality inspections, servicing, and maintenance of airframe systems and components on a variety of airframes, using proper hand tools in a timely, clean, safe and professional manner with no rework. Accurately order general and aircraft parts, as needed.
  • Perform minor troubleshooting, function testing, and repair of aircraft systems and components.
  • Prepare various documents for record keeping purposes, as required by Company policy and FAA regulations, i.e. turnovers, removal sheets, personal training log, etc.
  • Demonstrates proficiency of Colgan Air Services work order system by completing accurate and timely discrepancies and corrective action statements, Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives (AD) Compliance statements, final inspection and closing of squawks, and closing of work orders.
  • Consistently locate and use appropriate technical data and follow verbal instructions when accomplishing assigned maintenance tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent is required.
  • Three to five years maintenance experience on jet or Turboprop aircraft preferred.
  • Airframe Certificate and Powerplant Certificate required.

 

Challenger 300 Pilot

Requirements include:

  • FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Challenger 300 type or equivalent rating, preferred
  • FAA First Class medical certificate
  • FCC Radio License
  • Hours of Flight Time:
    • 4000 Total Fixed Wing
    • 3000 Pilot in Command Fixed Wing
    • 1500 Multi-engine land fixed wing
    • 250 time in type, preferred
  • Must pass all drug screens, background and security checks and prove eligibility for employment in the United States
  • Excellent listening and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Ability to act under pressure and be adaptable to change on a constant basis
  • Ability to report to work within 1 hour of call
  • Ability to travel internationally without restrictions

Challenger 300 Co-Pilot

Requirements include:

  • FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument rating
  • FAA First Class medical certificate
  • FCC Radio License

    • 1500 Total Fixed Wing
    • 1000 Pilot in Command Fixed Wing
    • 200 Multi-engine land fixed wing
  • Must pass all drug screens, background and security checks and prove eligibility for employment in the United States

  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Ability to act under pressure and be adaptable to change on a constant basis

Part 135 Charter Pilot

Minimums:

  • 1200 total hours
  • 500 hours Cross Country
  • 100 hours Multi Engine
  • 100 hours Night
  • 75 hours Instrument

Description: Part 135 Charter pilot in a single pilot 135 operation flying a Cessna 421

Essential duties include:

  • Piloting aircraft to transport people and cargo to a variety of places.
  • Providing customer service (supplying passenger amenities, selecting the smoothest possible flight conditions, carrying luggage, notifying passengers of possible delays or turbulence).
  • Ensuring the safety of flight objectives (pre-flight inspections, checks, flight planning, detecting and reporting equipment malfunctions).
  • Coordinating ground transportation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • As an on-demand pilot, you must be able to work a flexible work schedule, often with limited notice.
  • Current first-class FAA medical certificate.
  • Must live within 30 minutes driving time from FBO.
  • Team-oriented, capable of providing first-class customer service and care.
  • Successful candidates must exhibit strong customer service and leadership skills.
